(NYSE Amex:CNAM) ("China Armco" or the "Company"), a distributor of imported metal ore and metal recycler with a state-of-the-art scrap metal recycling facility in China, today announced that it will host its Annual Meeting in conjunction with a 10th year anniversary celebration and conference, including a special Merchant and Investor Forum and facility tour in Lianyungang City, China, July 8th - 9th, 2011.
