FRANKLIN, N.J., June 13, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Anthony J. Labozzetta, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sussex Bank, has announced the addition of Kurt Breitenstein and Rene Miranda to the Bank's Commercial Lending Group. Together, they will be responsible for spearheading growth and development in new markets.
In making the appointments, Mr. Labozzetta stated, "Both Kurt and Rene are seasoned commercial lenders with extensive knowledge of the North Jersey business climate. They will bring an added depth of experience and knowledge to our current team of lenders and will be proactive in meeting the borrowing needs of small and medium-sized businesses and professionals."
Prior to joining Sussex Bank as Executive Vice President, Mr. Breitenstein served as Senior Vice President /Commercial Loan Officer at Valley National Bank where he was responsible for new business development and portfolio management. He is a graduate of Skidmore College and holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Long Island University. Active in several community minded groups, he currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Habitat for Humanity and is a longtime member of the Garden State Credit Associates and the Risk Management Association- Northern New Jersey Chapter.
Mr. Miranda, who joins Sussex Bank as a Senior Vice President, was previously Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer at Atlantic Stewardship Bank in Wayne, NJ where he specialized in commercial real estate loans. His career in commercial lending spans more than 20 years, having served in senior management positions with various New York and New Jersey banks. Miranda received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
