Due to Estonia joining the Euro-zone from 01.01.2011 and proceeding from the 01.07.2010 amendment to the Commercial Code, the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of AS Tallinna Vesi decided on 24.05.2011 to decrease the nominal value of the shares and the amount of share capital due to the mandatory rule to convert the share capital of the company from Estonian kroons into euros.
On 14.06.2011 the share capital change was registered in the Estonian Central Register of Securities. The new amount of the share capital of the Company is 12 000 060 (twelve million and sixty) euros.
The nominal value of the company’s A-share is 0,60 euros and the nominal value of the company’s B-share is 60 euros.More detailed explanations were provided to the shareholders prior to the AGM and this information is available on the company’s website.
