The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) has decided to offer members of the Nasdaq OMX in Iceland a Primary Dealership System agreement with HFF.
Members of Nasdaq OMX in Iceland who are willing to undertake the obligations of the agreement and become primary dealers for HFF bonds, are expected to sign between 4:00 – 5:00pm on Tuesday June 21th, 2011 at HFF´s main office, Borgartún 21, 105 Reykjavík.
Enclosed is a sample of a Primary Dealership agreement.
