1. On June 17, 2011, Schuler-Beteiligungen GmbH, Göppingen, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Schuler Aktiengesellschaft, Göppingen, Germany, have
fallen below the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 39,08% (this corresponds to 11,431,095 Voting Rights).

2. On June 17, 2011, Vermögensverwaltung Schuler-Voith GbR, München,
Germany has informed us according to Articles 21, Section 1 and 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Schuler Aktiengesellschaft, Göppingen, Germany, have fallen below the 50%
limit of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to
39,08% (this corresponds to 11,431,095 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 39,08%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 11,431,095 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to the company from Schuler-Beteiligungen GmbH, Göppingen,
Germany.

3. On June 17, 2011, Dr. Robert Schuler-Voith, Germany has informed us
according to Articles 21, Section 1 and 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Schuler Aktiengesellschaft,
Göppingen, Germany, have fallen below the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on
June 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to 39,08% (this corresponds to
11,431,095 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 39,08%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 11,431,095 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to the company from Vermögensverwaltung Schuler-Voith GbR,
München, Germany and Schuler-Beteiligungen GmbH, Göppingen, Germany.
