of voting rights in SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG, Unterneukirchen
(Germany), ISIN DE000SKWM013, exceeded the threshold of 3% and as per that
date amounted to 3.008% (196.847 voting rights).

All of those voting rights are to be attributed to them pursuant to section
22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. 2.52% (165,041 voting rights) of those voting
rights are also attributed to them pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG.
