The Management Board of joint stock company „Latvijas balzams” (unified registration No. 40003031873) hereby informs that the member of the Management Board Ms. Gunita Kronberga based on her resignation notice and pursuant to the decision of AS „Latvijas balzams” Supervisory Board dated June 17, 2011, is dispensed from the duty of the Management Board member, and Mr. Intars Geidāns is elected as the member of the Management Board.
