On June 17, 2011, MBT Systems GmbH, Langenfeld, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany, have exceeded the
15% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2011, and on that day
amounted to 15.17% (this corresponds to 2,458,455 Voting Rights).

On June 17, 2011, Meyer Burger Technology AG, Baar, Switzerland, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany, have
exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 16, 2011, and on
that day amounted to 15.17% (this corresponds to 2,458,455 Voting Rights).
These Voting Rights are attributed to Meyer Burger Technology AG pursuant
to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG completely via its
subsidiary MBT Systems GmbH.
