On June 20, 2011 Kabel Deutschland Holding AG received notifications of
voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of
the below named entities with the following content:

1. Norges Bank

Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG that on June 15, 2011 the voting rights of Norges Bank in Kabel
Deutschland Holding AG fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.80%
(4,317,357 voting rights) as of June 15, 2011. The voting rights are held
by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway).

2. State of Norway

In the name and on behalf of the State of Norway the Royal Ministry of
Finance of the state of Norway, Oslo, Norway, notified us according to sec.
21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 15, 2011 the voting rights of the state of
Norway in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG fell below the threshold of 5% and
amounts to 4.80% (4,317,357 voting rights) as of June 15, 2011. The voting
rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway). Norges Bank is
controlled by the state of Norway, and voting rights held by Norges Bank
are to be attributed to the state of Norway pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
