Altira Group publishes its 2010 final results ++ EBIT increases to EUR

Altira AG ('Altira Group'), an asset management company focused on
alternative investment strategies, announced final results for fiscal year
2010 today.
2010 EBIT improved slightly to EUR 0.9 million (2009: EUR 0.8 million).
Profit after taxes amounted to EUR 1.2 million (2009: EUR 1.4 million).
2010 revenues came in at EUR 17.3 million, down 11% year-on-year (2009: EUR
19.4 million).
The equity ratio is 85 percent. Moreover, there are no long-term debt
liabilities to account for. At the balance sheet reporting date, the Group
held liquid Assets of EUR 11.6 million.
Assets under management surged to EUR 775.6 million at the end of the year
(2009: EUR 698.0 million). Assets under management for Private Markets
increased to EUR 453.3 million (2009: EUR 388.0 million), and for Public
Markets to EUR 322.3 million (2009: EUR 310.0 million).
