Difference between content in financial statement release and yearly report
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Scandinavian Properties A/S as the company’s financial statement release did not contain correct information about the company’s result and the auditors’ report cf. rule 3.1.2 compared with rule 3.2.1 in Rules for issuers of shares.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange has decided, to publish decisions made by the exchange concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
