A new facility for damage repair and vehicle washes at the head plant in
Jägersro, Malmö, is planned to be in operation during 2013.
Bilia’s existing damage repair operation in Värnhem will move to the
new facility in Jägersro. In Limhamn, situated in an expansive area near
the Öresund bridge, a lease contract has been signed for a workshop to be
manned with six Volvo technicians. The workshop should be in operation at the
end of 2011.</p>
<p>
Bilia’s existing facility in Kungsbacka is extended to host BMW sales.
The extension is estimated to be completed in September 2011.</p>
<p>
Bilia’s existing facility on Hisingen, situated near the expansive area
Norra Älvstranden, will be extended adding space for four Volvo
technicians. The workshop is estimated to be in operation at the beginning of
2012.</p>
<p>
The total investment for the above projects is calculated to approximately SEK
100 M, most of which will be financed by the property owners.</p>
