Equinox Minerals Limited offentliggjorde den 28 februari 2011 ett pressmeddelande med information om ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Lundin Mining Corporation, vilket medförde att aktierna i Lundin Mining Corporation blev observationsnoterade. Budet har dragits tillbaka och bolaget förblir därmed noterat.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen av aktierna i Lundin Mining Corporation (LUMI SDB, ISIN-kod SE0001134529, orderboks-ID 27709) ska tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 27 juni 2011.
Equinox Minerals Limited published on February 28th, 2011 a press release with information about a public offer to the shareholders in Lundin Mining Corporation. The shares in Lundin Mining Corporation were therefore given an observation status. The offer has been withdrawn and the shares will therefore remain listed.
With reference to what is stated above NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status of the shares in Lundin Mining Corporation (LUMI SDB, ISIN-code SE0001134529, orderbook-ID 27709) shall be removed. The observation status will be removed with effect from today June 27th, 2011.
