On June 29, 2011, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagengesellschaft mbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Adler Modemärkte
AG, Haibach, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on June 24, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds
to 575000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.14% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 25000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
