360 Holding AB (publ) (”Bolaget”) publicerade den 19 maj 2011 ett pressmeddelande med information om att Bolaget träffat en överenskommelse om förvärv av samtliga aktier i Trustbuddy AB. Bolaget avser i samband med förvärvet byta verksamhetsinriktning samt ändra namn till Trustbuddy International AB (publ). Transaktionen förutsätter beslut vid Bolagets årsstämma den 30 juni 2011.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att aktierna i 360 Holding AB (360H, ISIN-kod SE0001295437, orderboks-ID 36461) ska observationsnoteras. Aktierna observationsnoteras fr.o.m. idag den 1 juli 2011.
360 Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) published on May 19, 2011, a press release informing that the Company has entered into an agreement regarding the purchase of all the shares in Trustbuddy AB. The intention of the Company is, in conjunction with the transaction, to change its business focus and to change name to Trustbuddy International AB (publ). The transactions are conditional upon the approval of the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 30, 2011.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided that the shares in 360 Holding AB (360H, ISIN-code SE0001295437, order book ID 36461) will be given an observation status. The shares will be given an observation status with effect as of today July 1, 2011.
