elexis AG / publishing a notification according to Section 21 paragraph 1

On June 27, 2011, Gritlot Limited, Isle of Man, has informed us in
accordance with Section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that its percentage holding of
the voting rights of elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005,
WKN: 508500 exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights on June 24,
2011 and amounts to 15.0152% (this corresponds to 1,381,402 voting rights)
as of this date.
Hereof, 15.0060% (which equals 1380552 voting rights) are assigned to it in
accordance with Section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 1 WpHG from
Sterling Strategic Value Limited British Virgin Islands as shareholder,
whose percentage holding of the voting rights of elexis AG is 3% or more.
Furthermore, 0.0092% (which equals 850 voting rights) are assigned to it in
accordance with Section 22 paragraph 2 WpHG, among others from Sterling
Strategic Value Limited British Virgin Islands as shareholder, whose
percentage holding of the voting rights of elexis AG is 3% or more.
