Desicion has been adopted to reorganise AB “Lietuvos energija” and AB Lietuvos elektrinė by merger as provided in Article 2.97(4) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, by merging the Companies under reorganisation (which will cease to be legal persons upon the reorganisation) into a new company Lietuvos energija, AB, which will start operating upon reorganisation.
