Title Consulting Services, Inc. Name Change and New Symbol Approved by FINRA

ST. PETERSBURG, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 5, 2011) - Title Consulting Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TITL) now known as Andiamo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ANDI) is pleased to announce that the company has received approval from FINRA to change the name and trading symbol of the company.

This corporate action will be effective at the open of business on July 5, 2011.

The new symbol shall be ANDI.

The new name shall be Andiamo Corporation. Loosely translated, Andiamo means "hurry up" or "let's go" which is more fitting for a publicly traded company than the previous name.

The name and ticker symbol change were effectuated in order to more accurately reflect the future of the company. Shares of TITL will be converted to ANDI on a 1:1 basis.

Title insurance operations will not be affected and will continue under their subsidiary Title Consulting Services, a Florida Corporation, DBA Accu Title Agency.
