NKT Cables and NKT Holding A/S confirm that they have received a Statement of Objections from the European Commission in connection with the investigation of the submarine and underground high-voltage cable markets.
In the Statement of Objections the European Commission alleges that certain investigated practices constitute infringements of EU competition rules. NKT Cables and NKT Holding A/S intend to review the Statement of Objections as well as the underlying documentation in the European Commission's investigation file and to defend themselves in this matter.
NKT has previously made disclosures regarding this investigation.
