Our company has received the following notifications made pursuant to
section 21 para. 1a of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG):

a) Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH & Co. DCM Renditefonds 18 KG, Munich
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH & Co.
DCM Renditefonds 18 KG, Munich, informed us on 04 July 2011 that it held
3,695,274 voting rights corresponding to 7.11% of the votes at the initial
listing of the stocks on 30 June 2011.

b) DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft Düsseldorf/ Am Seestern KG, Munich
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft
Düsseldorf/ Am Seestern KG, Munich, informed us on 04 July 2011 that it
held 2,414,681 voting rights corresponding to 4.65% of the votes at the
initial listing of the stocks on 30 June 2011.

c) DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft Essen/ Gruga KG, Munich
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft
Essen/ Gruga KG, Munich, informed us on 04 July 2011 that it held 1,674,920
voting rights corresponding to 3.22% of the votes at the initial listing of
the stocks on 30 June 2011.

d) Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH & Co. DCM Renditefonds 23 KG, Munich
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH & Co.
DCM Renditefonds 23 KG, Munich, informed us on 04 July 2011 that it held
8,538,720 voting rights corresponding to 16.44% of the votes at the initial
listing of the stocks on 30 June 2011.
Pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, these 16.44%
(8,538,720 voting rights) are attributed to Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH
& Co. DCM Renditefonds 23 KG.
The voting rights attributed to Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH & Co. DCM
Renditefonds 23 KG are held via the following companies under its control
whose respective voting rights in Prime Office AG amount to 3% or more:
* DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft Düsseldorf/ Am Seestern KG,
* DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft Essen/ Gruga KG.

e) CURIA HHKL Treuhand GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Munich
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, CURIA HHKL Treuhand GmbH
Steuerberatungsgesellschaft,  Munich, informed us on 04 July 2011 that it
held 4,557,056 voting rights corresponding to 8.77% of the votes at the
initial listing of the stocks on 30 June 2011.
Pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, these 8.77%
(4,557,056 voting rights) are attributed to CURIA HHKL Treuhand GmbH
Steuerberatungsgesellschaft.
The voting rights attributed to CURIA HHKL Treuhand GmbH
Steuerberatungsgesellschaft are held via the following company under its
control whose voting rights in Prime Office AG amount to 3% or more:

f) ZWEITE PAXAS Treuhand- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, ZWEITE PAXAS Treuhand- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf, informed us on 04 July 2011 that
it held 8,538,720 voting rights corresponding to 16.44% of the votes at the
initial listing of the stocks on 30 June 2011.
Pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, these 16.44%
(8,538,720 voting rights) are attributed to ZWEITE PAXAS Treuhand- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
The voting rights attributed to ZWEITE PAXAS Treuhand- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH are held via the following companies under its
control whose respective voting rights in Prime Office AG amount to 3% or
more:
* Deutsche Fonds Management GmbH & Co. DCM Renditefonds 23 KG, 
* DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft Düsseldorf/ Am Seestern KG, 
* DCM GmbH & Co. Objektgesellschaft Essen/ Gruga KG.

g) PAXAS Treuhand- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG, PAXAS Treuhand- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf, informed us on 04 July 2011 that
it held 3,695,274 voting rights corresponding to 7.11% of the votes at the
initial listing of the stocks on 30 June 2011.
Pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, these 7.11%
(3,695,274 voting rights) are attributed to PAXAS Treuhand- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
The voting rights attributed to PAXAS Treuhand- und

control whose voting rights in Prime Office AG amount to 3% or more:
