according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Prime Office AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 04, 2011 and on that day amounted to
3.37% (this corresponds to 1750000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.37% of
