LEMMINKÄINEN TO CONSTRUCT LOGISTICS BUILDING IN VANTAA'S PAKKALA
Lemminkäinen and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company have signed a project management contract for the construction of a Flyway Cargo logistics building in Vantaa. The total value of the Lemminkäinen contract is approximately EUR 22 million. The order has been recorded for the second quarter of 2011.
Construction will begin in autumn 2011, and the project will be completed in October 2012. The premises will be occupied by Assistor Oy Ab.
