On July 08, 2011, Gritlot Limited, Isle of Man, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005, WKN 508500 have fallen
below the 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 07,
2011 and on that day amounted to 0.8572% (this corresponds to 78859 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.8479%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 78009 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0.0092% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 850 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
