Invitation to Leif Johansson's last quarterly conference for AB Volvo

AB Volvo hereby invites the media to a press conference on Wednesday,
July 22 in conjunction with the release of the Volvo Group report on the
first six months 2011. This will also be Leif Johansson's last quarterly
report as CEO of the Volvo Group before Olof Persson takes over from 1
September. Please note that the conference will take place at
Tändstickspalatset in Stockholm.

Press conference, 10.00 AM CET

The press conference will begin at 10.00 AM CET and will be held at
Tändstickspalatset, V Trädgårdsgatan 15 in Stockholm.

The report is scheduled to be released at 7.30 AM CET on July 22.
