On July 12, 2011, UniCredit S.p.A., Rome, Italy has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that  its Voting Rights on Prime
Office REIT-AG (formerly Prime Office AG), München, Deutschland, on June
30, 2011 amounted to 27.40% (this corresponds to 14231250 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 27.40% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
14231250 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Joh.
