Africa has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Prime Office REIT-AG  (formerly Prime
Office AG), München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 04, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.44% (this
corresponds to 1785498 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.44% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1785498 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Sasfin Securities (Pty) Ltd, Stockshare
Nominees (Pty) Ltd.
