On July 12, 2011, Karoo Investment S.a.r.l., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy
Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Prime Office REIT-AG (formerly Prime
Office AG), München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 04, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.44% (this
corresponds to 1785498 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 and according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.44% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 1785498 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to
the company.
