Conergy AG announces results of the subscribed capital increase 

Hamburg, 13 July 2011: Within the context of the subscription offer of
Conergy AG, which was carried out as part of the implementation of the
refinancing measures from 29 June to 12 July as resolved by the
extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 25 February 2011, shareholders
exercised subscription rights for a total of 13,226,962 new shares with a
proportionate amount in the share capital in total of EUR 13,226,962 at a
subscription price of EUR 1.05 per new share. In accordance with the
shareholders' meeting resolution of 25 February 2011 the net proceeds from
the subscribed capital increase will be used to reduce loans. In a second
step creditors of the company will now subscribe to further shares against
contribution of loans in the context of a capital increase by contribution
in kind, so that the total refinancing measure will amount to EUR 188
million.
