section 21 (1) WpHG informed us on the 13th of July 2011 that its voting
rights in Powerland AG, Lyoner StraÃe 14, 60528 Frankfurt/Main, Germany,
registered in the Commercial Register of the Local Court in Frankfurt/Main
under the registration number HRB 90460 exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.18% (477,222 voting rights) as per 11 July 2011.

Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles, United States of
America, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG informed us on the 13th of July
2011 that its voting rights in Powerland AG, Lyoner StraÃe 14, 60528
Frankfurt/Main, Germany, registered in the Commercial Register of the Local
Court in Frankfurt/Main under the registration number HRB 90460 exceeded
the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.18% (477,222 voting rights) as per 11
July 2011.

Of these voting rights, 3.18% (477,222 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Capital Research and Management Company pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights that are to be attributed to the company are held via the
following company which is controlled by Capital Research and Management
Company and whose holding of voting rights amount to 3% or more in
Powerland AG:
