America, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeted the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to
3.02% (this corresponds to 413,095 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 413,095 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On July 19, 2011, Mr Mark S. Sunderhuse, United States of America, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeted the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to
3.02% (this corresponds to 413,095 Voting Rights). According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
413,095 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Sunderhuse.

On July 19, 2011, Mr Adam Goldman, United States of America, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeted the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 18, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this
corresponds to 413,095 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of
the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 413,095 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Goldman.
