SANTA ROSA, Calif., July 25, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Summit State Bank (Nasdaq:SSBI) today reported that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per common share to shareholders of record on August 11, 2011 and to be paid on August 23, 2011.
