Moody's has placed ratings assigned to Covered Bonds issued by BRFkredit on review for possible downgrade

On 1st of July 2011 Moody's Investors Service downgraded BRFkredit’s issuer rating to Baa3 from Baa1 (announcement no. 58/2011). Moody’s method dictates that a downgrade of the rating of an issuer triggers an evaluation of ratings of Capital Centers. As a consequence of this Moody’s has placed ratings assigned to Covered Bonds issued out of BRFkredit’s Capital Center E, Capital Center B and BRFkredit’s General Capital Center on review for possible downgrade.
