Sale of Cardo Flow Solutions completed

All conditions for the sale of Cardo Flow Solutions to Sulzer Ltd, Switzerland,
have been fulfilled and the transaction was successfully completed today Friday
July 29.

"It is very satisfying that this transaction is now concluded and that Cardo
Flow Solutions in Sulzer Ltd gets a long term owner that gives the company an
industrial home and creates opportunities for a continued good development" said
