Publication of yearly report
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S has given a reprimand to Etik Invest A/S as the UCITS published a yearly report which was not based on the revised account and that the yearly report did not meet the requirements for Schema A in Rules for issuers of UCITS.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the exchange publish decisions concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
