Epocrates Appoints Gary G. Greenfield to Board of Directors


SAN MATEO, Calif., Aug. 5, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Epocrates, Inc. (Nasdaq:EPOC), a leading provider of mobile drug reference tools to healthcare professionals and interactive services to the healthcare industry, today announced the appointment of Avid® chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) Gary Greenfield to its board of directors effective immediately. Greenfield will serve as a member of the audit committee.
