ActionView International, Inc. Announces Content Agreement With Fight Now TV

CORONA DEL MAR, Calif., Aug. 9, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (OTCBB:AVEW) Chairman and CEO Joe Wooten today announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, MatchFights, LLC, has signed an agreement with the national cable television channel, Fight Now TV, to air eight one-hour WCFC events.

Fight Now TV was founded by Mike Garrow and boasts Randy Couture as analyst and spokesperson and caters to fight fans of every genre, giving them a front row seat to compelling coverage of MMA, boxing, wrestling/grappling, Muay Thai, kickboxing and other combat sports.

Newly formed Fight Now TV has secured initial coverage on the venerable and innovative Cablevision which has turned its AMC into a national brand with shows like Mad Men (AMC and other Cablevision owned channels have recently been spun off) and it is that kind of innovation and aggressiveness that attracts talent like Mike Garrow and Joe Wooten, who has turned the WCFC into the "innovator" of the MMA.

Mr. Wooten commented, "Bringing the WCFC to national attention has been a key milestone for management as we build brand awareness and showcase our product. The prospect of growing alongside aggressive innovators gives us and our partners synergies to expand exponentially. Beginning with Cablevision's 3.3 million homes in the heart of Madison Avenue and the East Coast and with their recent purchase of Bresnan Cable, which gives them another 300,000 homes in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana where many WCFC fans can see live events, is perfect for our fans and sponsors.

"Fight Now TV projects ten million homes by the end of the year, which represents a tremendous opportunity for our sponsors, advertisers and fighters. Taking our unique and innovative fight experience beyond ticket sales and local-area advertisers is a vital part of our growth. and having a national broadcast partner like Fight Now TV showcasing our events is a significant step forward for the WCFC."

Fight Now TV was launched in May 2011 as the first and only 24 hour-a-day, seven-days-a-week combat sports channel, bringing the best battles, fiercest fights and stunning knockouts to America. Fight Now TV is the place for the best analysis, live and current events, documentaries and news coverage of the biggest events and match-ups happening around the globe.

Mr. Wooten added, "As a company, we bring a unique vision and a dedicated passion for the sport that comes across in what we do. Our single-elimination, one round, tournament-style events, as well as our desire to showcase all fighting styles, bring a fresh new approach to mixed martial arts that we believe Fight Now TV viewers will embrace. The WCFC events we've produced over the past two years have been amazing - it is definitely not simply more of the same when you watch a WCFC show."

WCFC will be holding a live MMA event, the Pierpont Street Bash in Salt Lake City on August 20th. Fans are encouraged to visit www.wcfc.com for ticket and broadcast information for this and all other upcoming WCFC events. Interested companies are encouraged to contact info@wcfc.com for a complete package detailing advertising opportunities.
