The New York City International Film Festival (NYCIFF) will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square in anticipation of the second annual festival which will be held from August 18-25 in New York City.

In honor of the occasion, Roberto Rizzo, Founder & CEO will ring the Closing Bell.
