Jørgen Waaler, CEO of PSI Group ASA, has today sold 10.000 shares to his fully owned company Waaler AS at a price of NOK 3,30 per share.
New holding after the transaction remains unchanged at 300.000 shares, 1,35 % of the outstanding shares.
