T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America has
informed us that its stake in the voting rights in NORMA Group AG exceeded
the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.023% (963,303 voting rights) on 05
August 2011. 3.023% (963,303 voting rights) of these are attributed to T.
Rowe Price Group, Inc. in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6.
in association with sent. 2 WpHG.
