This marks CommerceTel's third acquisition of the year.

BoomText has pioneered the delivery of mobile marketing solutions and services to more than a thousand customers since being founded in 2008. The Company's rapid growth has been fueled by a strict focus on world-class service and support.

MMS Messaging, Interactive Voice Response, and CRM solutions are now afforded to BoomText's customers by way of CommerceTel's technology. In addition, BoomText now has access to CommerceTel's growing patent portfolio relating to mobile technologies.
