Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on KROMI Logistik
AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting
Rights on August 15, 2011 and on that day amounted to 10.09% (this
corresponds to 416047 Voting Rights).
