AS “PrivatBank” informs that the Council of the Bank decided to appoint Erik Bashiryan (Russia) as a Member of the Board of the Bank.
On May 17, 2011, the FCMC gave its consent for Erik Bashiryan to take up his duties as a Member of the Board of AS “PrivatBank”.
