This is to announce in accordance with Section 26 (1) clause 1 German
Securities Trading Act that the Company on August 18, 2011, received the
following Notification dated August 18, 2011, in accordance with Section 21
(1) German Securities Trading Act:
Auctus sechsundzwanzigste Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, 80333 Munich,
Germany, notified us on August 18, 2011, in accordance with Section 21 (1)
German Securities Trading Act that its interest in the voting shares of
Advanced Inflight Alliance AG, 80799 Munich, Germany (ISIN: DE0001262186,
securities identification number: 126218), had fallen below the thresholds
of 15 percent and 10 percent of the voting shares on August 16, 2011, and
now is 4.83 percent (800,000 voting shares).
In this context, the attribution of a total of 2.69 percent (445,492 voting
shares) pursuant to Section 22 (2) German Securities Trading Act, does not
apply.
