SYMPHONY TECHNOLOGY II-A, L.P. SUPPLEMENTS THE TENDER OFFER DOCUMENT WITH THE STATEMENT BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ REGARDING THE TENDER OFFER. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TENDER OFFER.
The Board of Directors of Aldata Solution Oyj ("Aldata") has on 23 August 2011 given its statement on Symphony Technology II-A, L.P.'s ("Symphony") mandatory public tender offer for all the issued and outstanding shares and option rights in Aldata (the "Tender Offer"). According to the statement, the Board of Directors of Aldata, based on the information available, assesses that the Tender Offer is fair and that Aldata and the holders of the shares and option rights would benefit from the successful completion of the Tender Offer. The Board of Directors of Aldata unanimously recommends that the holders of the shares and option rights accept the Tender Offer.
Symphony supplements the tender offer document dated 12 August 2011 (the "Tender Offer Document") with the statement given by the Board of Directors of Aldata, which constitutes annex A of the Tender Offer Document and is annexed to this release.
The Tender Offer Document, together with the supplement, is available from 24 August 2011 onwards at the office of UB Securities Ltd at Aleksanterinkatu 21 A, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland (3rd floor) and at the office of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland and on the internet at www.unitedbankers.fi.
The acceptance period for the Tender Offer will expire on 9 September 2011 at 4:00 p.m. (Finnish time) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer unless the offer period is extended.
