and amounted to 5.01% (45,775,458 voting shares) on that day.
Thereof 5.01% (45,775,458 voting shares) are attributable to BlackRock,
Inc., New York, NY, USA, pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No.
6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
2. The percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA, in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin
and Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610 exceeded the threshold
of 3% on 17 August 2011 and amounted to 3.02% (27,642,550 voting shares) on
that day.
Thereof 3.02% (27,642,550 voting shares) are attributable to BlackRock
Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA, pursuant to Section 22
Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
