Hill International Subsidiary Receives Contract to Provide Project Management Services for One of the Largest Retail Centers in Brazil


MARLTON, N.J. and SÃO PAULO, Brazil, Aug. 30, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that its subsidiary Engineering S.A. has received a contract from Ancar Ivanhoe to manage construction during the expansion of Center Vale Shopping. The 18-month contract has an estimated value to Engineering S.A. of BRL 1.9 million ($1.2 million).

Center Vale Shopping is the largest retail center in Valle de Paraíba. The center's 86,000 square meters (926,000 square feet) includes 223 shops and employs over 2,200 people. Ancar Invanhoe will expand the shopping center including new environments and making improvements and adjustments to existing installations.
