Chief Executive Officer, Gert Wendroth, leaves H&R AG per end June 2012

Salzbergen, 1 September 2011. Gert Wendroth, CEO of H&R AG, has informed
the supervisory board today that he will not renew his contract ending June
30th, 2012 for personal reasons.

The supervisory board of H&R AG has accepted the decision with great
respect and regret.

Supervisory board and CEO have agreed that Gert Wendroth will continue to
perform his current board responsibilities.
