WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Cologne,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August
31, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.80% (this corresponds to 190222
Voting Rights).
