Today, on 5 September 2011, AS SL Õhtuleht (acquiring company) and AS Linnaleht (company being acquired) entered into a merger agreement, under which AS SL Õhtuleht and AS Linnaleht merge.
The acquiring company will continue its operations under the business name of AS SL Õhtuleht.
The merger agreement is available for public inspection at the registration department of Harju County Court and at the offices of AS SL Õhtuleht at Narva mnt 13, Tallinn.
