On September 6, 2011, Semper Constantia Invest GmbH, Vienna, Austria, has
informed us according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on August 30, 2011,
and on that day amounted to 3.38% (this corresponds to 1960427 Voting
Rights).
According to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG, 2.52% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 1461732 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company.
